The Social Media Business Development /Project Manager is responsible for the successful development of client-oriented business solutions. As the leader, and as part of the team, your role is to ensure solutions are delivered on-time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline and cost parameters. You will plan, schedule and control all project activities toward these objectives, applying technical, theoretical and managerial skills to satisfy project requirements, while continuing to build positive professional relationships with new and existing clients.
Reliability and a commitment to consistently meeting deadlines while often juggling multiple tasks at one time are characteristics you pride yourself upon. You have proven customer relations skills and the ability to communicate clearly to both clients and co-workers.

-Acquire and foster new client relationships by discovering and exploring business opportunities and articulating the benefits of Social Know How;
-Maintain and build existing client relationships by identifying growth opportunities and value-added solutions; recommending best practices to customers;
-Provide clients with social media health updates as well as offering first class solutions and troubleshooting any needs as they arise;
-Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) ensuring entire team is focused on completing project within required deadlines;
-Negotiate, define, manage the scope of the project by creating a project schedule which defines activities, work effort and associated resource requirements; Communicate expectations with client to ensure seamless flow of operations;
-Provide and promote high standards of professionalism and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing Social Know How’s business practices, protocols and standards.
-Post-secondary education in business or related field
-Minimum 2 years demonstrated results and experience in a Sales or Project/Account Management role
-Experience planning and managing projects
-Demonstrated experience managing and taking the lead on multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
-Ability to strategically and tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated work ethic, integrity and professional conduct
-Demonstrated ability to implement structure and process when required
-Knowledge and/or experience using Infusionsoft or another CRM is an asset.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet work demands with a requirement to sometimes work outside of regular business hours as needed
-Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
-Must have a valid driver’s license with a working vehicle
